About The Founder
Marc is originally from southeastern Massachusetts. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Marc was commissioned as an officer in the US Army through the ROTC program at the University of Rhode Island (URI) in May 1998. He served as an Army AH-64 Apache Longbow attack helicopter pilot and company commander. Marc served in combat operations in Afghanistan in 2002 with the 82nd Airborne Division. After a 10-year career in the Army, he began an 8-year career in medical device sales selling and training surgeons in the use of robotically assisted surgery.
Marc purchased his first investment property in 1999 and steadily expanded his portfolio to include 100 apartments over time. In 2015, Marc transitioned into real estate on a full-time basis by starting both a property management company and real estate brokerage. During that time, he invested in buy-and-hold multifamily properties, BRRRRs, fix-and-flips, syndications, and self-directed IRA investing.
Marc has flipped several dozen properties, focusing on multi-family units. Over the past several years, he has started his hard money lending business to serve his clients' funding needs for fix-and-flip properties, as well as new construction residential and commercial properties.
Marc lives in northern Rhode Island with his wife, Sarah, and three children. He enjoys skiing with his family, golf, fitness, flying, and coaching his children’s softball and baseball teams.
